Eligibility and accounts

BuiltRelay is for adults 18+ using the service for legitimate business purposes. Keep sign-in access secure and do not access another business's records.

Service and AI

BuiltRelay helps organize business facts, inquiries, leads, quote drafts, follow-ups, websites/forms and supported AI-assisted drafts. Drafts are not sent messages; owner-marked quotes are not proof of customer acceptance or payment. AI can be wrong. Review prices, quantities, measurements, timing, warranties, taxes and customer promises. BuiltRelay does not provide engineering, legal, tax, accounting or other licensed advice or guarantee business results.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in content you provide and authorize BuiltRelay to process it as needed to provide, secure and support the service and follow your instructions. Do not use BuiltRelay for illegal activity, deception, malware, impersonation, infringement, abusive unsolicited messaging or access-control bypassing.

Paid Core policy

The approved offer is $87/month plus applicable tax with 500 AI credits per paid monthly period and no automatic AI overage charges. Unused credits do not roll over. Work pauses at zero credits. A system failure that produces no usable delivered result should not consume the related allowance. Exact per-action credit costs must be displayed by the product.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Core renews monthly in advance from the disclosed billing anchor. Cancel anytime to stop future renewal; paid features continue through the already-paid period. The approved voluntary refund policy is a full refund on request within seven calendar days of the first successful Core payment; routine partial-month refunds are not promised on later renewals. Duplicate/incorrect charges and legally required remedies remain subject to correction.

Failed payments and exit

The approved policy provides a seven-day limited grace period after failed renewal, with new paid AI use paused and no new credits until entitlement is valid. After paid access ends, the approved direction provides 30 days of read/export access with no new paid AI work, edits or public intake, followed by scheduled deletion subject to legal retention and backup aging. Operational handling remains subject to the current product controls, applicable law and support review.

Availability and legal process

External providers control their services and fees. BuiltRelay may be interrupted by maintenance, network or provider failures. No uptime or support-response guarantee applies unless separately agreed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” BuiltRelay's approved launch posture uses ordinary court process rather than mandatory arbitration. Governing-law, venue and liability language remains subject to qualified legal review and applicable law.
