BuiltRelay is initially focused on adult U.S. business users. Processor, retention and tracking details are reviewed as the service and its providers evolve.

Information we process

Depending on features used, BuiltRelay may process account/contact details, business facts, customer inquiries, lead records, quote drafts, follow-up tasks, website/form content, support requests, uploads, AI prompts/outputs, timestamps, session/account identifiers, feature usage, saved revisions, billing references and consent/version evidence.

How we use it

We use information to provide requested features, maintain account-scoped records, generate owner-requested drafts, secure and troubleshoot the service, provide support, manage billing/consent records, comply with law and improve reliability.

AI and service providers

AI-assisted features send information needed for the requested task to configured processing services. BuiltRelay's approved policy is not to sell private workspace content, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use private workspace content to train BuiltRelay's own general-purpose model. Provider-specific retention, abuse-review, training settings and processing regions are being verified before stronger provider-wide promises are made.

Payments and browser storage

For paid subscriptions, payment providers may return transaction references, subscription/payment status and totals needed to manage access. Do not send full card numbers through support or AI prompts. BuiltRelay uses browser storage and similar technical mechanisms where needed for application state, security and installation; the final storage/tracking inventory is being documented.

Retention, security and requests

Information is retained as reasonably needed for service operation, security, legal obligations and the disclosed account lifecycle. The approved paid-account direction includes 30 days of read/export access after paid access ends before scheduled operational-data deletion, subject to legal retention and backup aging. BuiltRelay uses safeguards intended to protect account-scoped information but does not claim unverified certifications. Contact us to request applicable access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights; identity/authority verification may be required.

Children and changes

BuiltRelay is not intended for children and is designed for adults 18+. Material privacy changes receive notice and choices required by applicable law.
