2. Verify authority
BuiltRelay may ask for reasonable verification that the requester controls the account or is authorized to act for the business. Never send a password, recovery code or full payment-card information.
3. Export first if needed
If you still have access, use Owner records and available backup controls before deletion if you want to retain an independent copy of supported records.
WHAT THE REQUEST COVERS
Operational workspace data associated with the account.
A verified deletion request is reviewed for the account and supported operational workspace records. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing records, legal obligations, dispute handling or backup aging as described in the Privacy Policy. Public content and external-provider records can require separate handling. Deleting a BuiltRelay account does not delete records held independently by services such as an email, payment, domain or social provider.
